I was really let down by the breakfast situation. We waited ages for it to open, only to find it didn't match the description at all-no fresh pastries or juice, just a cold, disappointing plate with hair in it. So gross!

The amenities and rooms at the hotel were wonderful, everything was fine. The staff were efficient and best and the restaurant was brilliant. The location was peaceful, relatively close to St James. Was in a secure area and close to restaurants and pubs. Lucky me, got wake up service free of charge too. Totally brilliant stay for my business trip.

The room was super modern and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the location right by the fishing lake made for a peaceful vibe. I really enjoyed using the jacuzzi-it was such a nice touch! The friendly staff were always around and made everything feel welcoming.
The grounds could use a bit more love, and I noticed some areas in the dining space that were a bit grubby. The breakfast offerings were pretty basic, and it would’ve been nice to have a bit more variety. it was a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better!

Great location with friendly staff and lovely animal interactions! The room had a comfy bed and nice bathroom options, but some areas felt a bit worn. Enjoyed the views of the lake, though cleanliness could be improved. Perfect for a relaxing getaway if you don't mind a few quirks!

I loved the peaceful setting and the lovely views. The room was spacious and cozy, but the cleanliness could use some attention. It's charming with potential, just needs a bit of TLC. Ideal for nature lovers, though dining options can be tricky. A nice escape!

Fine lake views!
The large private deck was awesome for chilling. Staff were super friendly, especially the reception lady who helped me with my car. The continental breakfast was good, but the snack bar could've had more snack options.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere while lounging by the beautiful grounds and making use of the vending machines for a late-night snack. It was nice to unwind in the garden area with comfy seating and the sound of birds singing all around. Just a heads up, the floors could use more frequent cleaning as they had some mud on them . 🌳

Great nature vibes!
The suite with hot tub was cozy and stylish. The view of the water with all the birds and fish was so relaxing. The mini zoo was lit, saw a fine albino peacock! Just wish the snack bar had more options. Still loved it!
